Vac-Extend is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship only, under normal use, for the period of one year from the original date of purchase. Manufacturer's liability in all events is limited to refund of original purchase price, or, at manufacturer's sole discretion, replacing or repairing defective components. Purchaser must return, shipping costs prepaid, to Cornice Technologies. Any damage due to misuse, neglect or accidental damage of this product is not covered by this warranty.

To the extent that any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state or municipal laws which cannot be pre-empted, it shall not be applicable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Note: Vac-Extend is intended to be used in an upward, elevated position. Never use at a downward angle as this may cause the extension rods to disconnect.
